Dos Amigos Fly Shop and Tackle was formerly Dos Amigos Anglers. After Wayne’s passing, Kevin purchased the shop in 2024 with a commitment to provide the same quality customer service and guided fishing trips that Wayne built his business on.
We are a full service fly and tackle shop located in Eagle Nest, NM. Our knowledgeable and friendly guides provide great instruction and work to make each trip one of your best days on the water. Whether you are just starting out or a seasoned angler, we will match and raise your level of experience. We pride ourselves in making every person who visits the shop feel welcomed and without intimidation for asking questions.
Kevin grew up in New Mexico and caught his first fish in Eagle Nest Lake around the age of three. He’s been fishing for most of his life and guiding for over a decade. He knows Eagle Nest, NM and the surrounding areas like the back of his hand, which also means he knows where the big ones are!
Kevin prides himself on being a kind, patient teacher for all who want to learn more about the joy of fishing and the technical aspects of this sport. Catch him in the shop talking fish stories or out wading in the river!
